TERMS OF SERVICE

I would like to bring to your attention the utmost importance of our Terms of Service.

ToS

These guidelines govern the provision of my services, and I kindly request you to thoroughly review them before engaging in any transactions.

PAYMENTS
Payments: full payment first, however you can send me a message if you have any problems.

REVISIONS
You are entitled to 2 revisions as a MAXIMUM, the third revision will be ignored. That is why it is necessary that you clarify everything from the very beginning :)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Normally I have no problem rushing and delivering the commission/WIP to you in at least three days, but this requires an extra payment, so to make it faster, stay in constant contact with me.

USE
Please clarify the use you will give to the commission :)
It could be COMMERCIAL/STREMING/MERCHANDISING
Or it could be PERSONAL USE.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I would appreciate it if you post the image with my respective credits, I have no problem with you only mentioning my nickname, but always give the credits.

REFUNDS
REFUNDS WON'T BE AVAILABLE :(

Please, communication clarifies a lot of things! So while I keep you informed of your commission, your response time influences the decisions of the drawing process :)

What types of commissions do you offer?

I offer the following types of commissions:

Character Illustrations: Full-body, half-body, or portraits.
Fan Art: Your favorite characters from games, movies, or shows.
OC (Original Character) Art: Bring your original characters to life.
Backgrounds: Simple or detailed backgrounds for your characters.
Other: Feel free to ask about custom requests!

How do I request a commission?

To request a commission:

Fill out the commission form on my website or send me a direct message with your request.
Provide details about your idea (e.g., references, description, style).
Wait for my confirmation and quote.

How much do commissions cost?

Prices vary depending on:
Complexity (e.g., full-body vs. portrait).
Level of detail (e.g., simple vs. intricate backgrounds).
Additional elements (e.g., multiple characters, props).
Check my commission sheet or contact me for a specific quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via:

PayPal
Other methods (please inquire if you have a preferred payment option).
Cripto currency aren't allowed

When do I need to pay?

Payment is required before I start working on your commission. For larger projects, I may request a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion.

Can I see the progress of my commission?

Yes! I provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, colors). You can request minor changes during these stages.

Can I request changes to my commission?

Minor changes (e.g., adjusting colors or small details) are allowed during the WIP stages. Major changes (e.g., redesigning the entire piece) may incur additional fees.

How long does a commission take?

The time frame depends on:

Complexity of the piece.
My current workload.
Communication speed (e.g., how quickly you provide feedback).
I will provide an estimated completion date when you place your order.
Can I use my commission for commercial purposes?
Personal Use: You can use the artwork for personal projects, social media, or prints (with credit to me).
Commercial Use: Additional fees apply if you plan to use the artwork for profit (e.g., merchandise, books, games). Please discuss this with me beforehand.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Before Work Begins: Full refund.
After Work Begins: : No refunds.

Can I share the artwork online?

Yes! You are welcome to share the artwork online, but please credit me as the artist. For example:
"Art by [Your Name] | [Link to my social media or website]."

All content created by Nozomi, including but not limited to streams, videos, artwork, emotes, and designs, is the intellectual property of Rinku_Bny and is protected under copyright laws. This includes all visual, audio, and written materials associated with Nozomi.

2. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:Watch, share, and enjoy Nozomi's content for personal, non-commercial purposes.Use official emotes, badges, or other content provided by Nozomi within the platforms where they are officially distributed (e.g., Twitch, YouTube).Create fan art, memes, or other derivative works, as long as they are non-commercial and properly credit Nozomi.
